UPS:
Daily pick up at 5pm EST.
Third party shipping available with account number.

FedEx:
Third party only, with account number.
FedEx Express is available for orders shipping before 3pm EST.
FedEx Ground services are not available at this time.

Exhibit Foundry will Blind Ship per request.

If an order arrives damaged:
1. Take several pictures of damaged product and packaging. Do not discard packaging or damaged items.
2. Contact Exhibit Foundry customer service at 540-705-0055 to report the damage.
3. Send photos to Exhibit Foundry for assessment. In most cases, a replacement part or product will be shipped immediately.
4. Exhibit Foundry will report a claim with the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and their representative will inspect the damages.
