How do I return an item?

Unless otherwise noted, all returned merchandise carries a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days in new condition.

Graphics, custom printed products, counter shelves, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order arrives damaged:
1. Take several pictures of damaged product and packaging. Do not discard packaging or damaged items.
2. Contact Exhibit Foundry customer service at 540-705-0055 to report the damage.
3. Send photos to Exhibit Foundry for assessment. In most cases, a replacement part or product will be shipped immediately.
4. Exhibit Foundry will report a claim with the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and their representative will inspect the damages.
